I am prone to getting crazy ideas. Sometimes, I actually begin to follow through on one of those ideas. This blog will chronicle my attempt to play through every Zelda game in order by original release date.
As a kid (7 or 8 years old?), I played through Legend of Zelda and Adventure of Link on the NES, but never kept up with subsequent titles. I rejoined the Nintendo gaming world with a GameCube, and now a Wii. The new Zelda titles rekindled my interest in the series, but my OCD is compelling me to go back and play the old titles before enjoying the new ones.
Hopefully, I can play through the old games faster than Nintendo releases new games in the Zelda universe. We shall see.
